Notes
- An editorial note originally stated that this issue takes place before the Dark Crisis which was also suggested by the Justice League still acting as a team and the presence of Green Arrow.
- However, many details from this storyline, like the activation of Zur-En-Arrh and the original Batcave (and Wayne Manor) partially damaged, imply that the "Failsafe" storyline takes place after Lazarus Planet as well as the final clash against the Devil Nezha in Batman vs. Robin #5.
- The epilogue of Dark Crisis on Infinite Earths #7 seems to retcon Failsafe's attack into taking place after the Dark Crisis.
- The note is eventually removed in the Failsafe collected edition so Oliver Queen's appearance becomes a continuity error.
