Nora West-Allen (Arrowverse)
Nora West-Allen, also known as XS, was the daughter of Barry Allen and Iris West-Allen, who inherited her father's Speed Force abilities and was given her mother's trademark jacket from her temporary time as a speedster. After coming into conflict with Cicada and the Reverse-Flash, Nora was erased from existence.
Following a crisis and several timeline alterations, Nora's existence as the daughter of Barry and Iris was restored; except in this time, she also has a brother named, Bart. The two eventually traveled to the past to warn their parents about Godspeed.
Into the past
In the year 2049, Nora was manipulated into traveling back to the year 2017 by Eobard Thawne.[6] After she arrived, she began meeting various members of Team Flash. She attended her parents' wedding as a caterer serving sparkling water, and encouraged her father to do good marrying Iris.[7] She later appeared to Ralph Dibny and Cisco Ramon, paying for their drinks. After the two left, she began writing symbols in her notebook, the same symbols Barry wrote when he emerged from the Speed Force.[8] Later, Harry and Caitlin had gone to CC Jitters, and while discussing Caitlin somehow remembering her time as Killer Frost, Nora spilled her "Killer Frost" drink on them. Nora apologized and rushed to help clean up, and Nora began saying how she came there to meet some people for the first time before leaving.[9]
Much later, Nora appeared at Cecille's baby shower, delivering a diaper bag, saying she believed her child will be born in 21 days, but quickly commented that it was just a guess. Nora began saying how time was precious and we should make what we have of it, but when Iris approached, Cecille turned around and she was gone. Down the hallway, Nora looked around to make sure no one saw her, and used her super-speed to run off.[10] Later, when The Thinker's satellites were falling down to Central City, Barry gone to punch the satellite, but at this point in time, Nora went back to right before he started running to stop the satellite, and joined in, helping her father destroy the satellite with a sonic punch. Soon after, Nora rushed into Joe's home and all the members of Team Flash begin realizing they've seen her before. Barry and Iris commented on Nora's jacket, and Nora replies that she was their daughter from the future, and she made a big mistake.[11]
Becoming XS

When Barry tried to send Nora back to the future, he realized that she had a device that prevented her from leaving, as she wanted to stay tos spend more time with her father, who was disappeared shortly after her birth. Team Flash decided to let Nora stay and operate as a hero in the present as XS.[12] While continuing to aid The Flash in stopping meta-humans, XS and Team Flash came across a villain name Cicada, whom Nora claimed was the only one that Barry never was able to defeat.[13][14] Nora also used her time on the present to reconcile with her mother Iris, with whom she'd become estranged in the future.[15]
In their search for finding a way to stop Cicada, Nora and Team Flash started looking for the piece of a Satellite that previously injured Cicada.[16] After defeating another villain nmaed Weather Witch, Nora and her father found out via Sherloque Wells that the identity of Cicada was Orlin Dwyer.[17] Nora would develop a plan to stop Cicada which involved time-traveling to the past to obtain some items that would negate Cicada's dagger. During this travels she met many of Barry's speedsters enemies like Savitar and Zoom, she would also encounter a younger version of Eobard Thawne and would later learn that he was the murderer of her grandmother, which led to Nora cutting her partnership with Thawne in the future.[1]
Going Rogue

The team was eventually able to locate Cicada and convince him to take a meta-human cure, but they were the attacked by another Cicada who was a future Grace Gibbons, Dwyer's niece and his main motivation for becoming a meta-human killer.[18] Nora's secret partnership with Thawne was eventually exposed to the rest of the team by Sherloque, which lead to Barry locking her up.[19] Feeling betrayed by his own daughter, Barry forcibly sent Nora back to her own time despite her pleas.[2]
In order to return to the past, Nora gain access to the Negative Speed Force.[20] Back in the past, Nora acted as a villainous speedster under the alias of Jenni Ognats and recruited the help of Brie Larvan, Weather Witch and Rag Doll, forming a new team of Rogues. She convinced the group of villains to steal weapons from McCulloch Tech to sell on the Black Market. Shortly after pulling the heist, Nora was betrayed by the Rogues, but she was saved by Team Flash. Nora later revealed to her parents that she created the Rogues to steal a Mirror gun that could be used to destroy Cicada's dagger.[3]
Erased from Existence

XS and Team Flash face Thawne
Nora used a Cerebral inhibitor to access Cicada's mind and tried to convince Grace to stop her crusade to no avail. While stopping Cicada they realized that destroying the dagger was part of Thawne's plan in the future.[21] Realizing that Thawne had manipulated her from the beggining as the dagger was being used in the future to damper his powers, Team Flash decided to stop Cicada anyways.
Immediately after the destruction of the dagger, XS and the Flash traveled to the future to confront the Reverse-Flash, who had just escaped imprisonment due to his powers returning. As father and daughter fought Thawne, Nora was ready to give the killing blow to the villain but her hand started glowing as Thawne explained that since they created a new timeline, Nora was being erased from existence. Nora refused to use the Negative Speed Force to save herself and instead said goodbye to her parents as they saw how she disappeared.[22]
