Captain Rahma was a female Osnullus who served as a Starfleet officer in the 32nd century.

In 3189, she attended a meeting at Starfleet Headquarters with several other starship captains, including Bandra, L'Teis Kardashev, and Saru. Fleet Admiral Charles Vance tasked her with resupplying Kaijur XII with replacement replicator technology as they were experiencing a severe food shortage. (DIS: "Scavengers")
