Russell Yuen
Russell Yuen (born 30 October 1965; age 59) is an actor who played Commodore Tafune in the Star Trek: Strange New Worlds second season episode "The Broken Circle".
One of the most prolific character actors from Canada, Yuen has amassed almost 200 film and television acting credits since 1982. He appeared in supporting roles in films such as Eye of the Beholder (1999, with Geneviève Bujold), The Bone Collector (1999, with Leland Orser and Olivia Birkelund), Battlefield Earth (2000) The Adventures of Pluto Nash (2002, with Alissa Kramer and Heidi Kramer), Bulletproof Monk (2003, with Raven Dauda), The Human Stain (2003, with Ron Canada and Mimi Kuzyk, written by Nicholas Meyer), The Day After Tomorrow (2004, with Tamlyn Tomita, Kenneth Welsh, Mimi Kuzyk, Sheila McCarthy and Aaron Lustig), The Incredible Hulk (2008, with Greg Bryk, Al Vrkljan, Nick Alachiotis, Tig Fong, Moses Nyarko, Fred Tatasciore and Stan Lee), Arrival (2016, with Tzi Ma and Victor Andrés Trelles Turgeon), and Home Sweet Home Alone (2021).
