Todd Waring (born 28 April 1955; age 69) is an actor who appeared as DeCurtis in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine second season episode "Whispers" and Lasaran in the sixth season episode "Change of Heart".
He has appeared in many other major television series such as Melrose Place, Murphy Brown, Wings (starring Steven Weber), NYPD Blue, JAG, The West Wing (starring Martin Sheen), and Boston Legal (starring William Shatner and René Auberjonois), Scandal and Chasing Life.
