Tribal Council

The Tribal Council or Indian Council was a group of Native Americans who were responsible for the decisions of their pueblo or community.

When the USS Enterprise-D was sent to inform the Native Americans on Dorvan V about the decisions of the Federation Council in 2370, Captain Jean-Luc Picard and Counselor Deanna Troi had a meeting with the Tribal Council, who did not agree with the decision of the Federation to leave their planet and colonize a new world.
