USS T'Jan
The USS T'Jan (NCC-90213) was a Reliant-class Federation starship in service with Starfleet during the early 25th century.
In 2401, the T'Jan and the USS Sarahd were near M'talas Prime when the Starfleet recruitment center in District Seven was destroyed by a portal weapon. (PIC: "The Next Generation", "Disengage", "Imposters")

T'Jan was the name of a prominent Vulcan referenced in an unseen page of the Picard family album produced for Star Trek Generations.
