This directory contains the Jan. 2007 assembly of the C. brenneri genome
(UCSC version caePb1, WUSTL School of Medicine GSC version 4.0)
in one gzip-compressed FASTA file per chromosome.
Various strains of this Caenorhabditis are named Caenorhabditis n. sp. 4.
PB2801,
LKC28, CB5161, SB129, SB280.
This assembly was produced by the Genome Sequencing Center at
the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis (WUSTL).
