Cartoon Network Latin America scoops up Nelvana series

Corus Entertainment-owned Nelvana is furthering its relationship with Cartoon Network Latin America through new deals for 78 half hours of programming.

Cartoon Network Latin America has picked up the third season of live-action comedy Mr. Young (pictured), the third season of animated comedy Sidekick, season two of animated series Scaredy Squirrel, as well as the second season of Detentionaire, which follows teenager Lee Ping as he is falsely accused of pulling the biggest prank in high school history.

Aside from its original local content, Cartoon Network Latin America is already home to CN programming such as Adventure Time with Finn & Jake, Regular Show, Ben 10, Ben 10: Alien Force, Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, Ben 10: Omniverse, The Amazing World of Gumball and The Powerpuff Girls.
