Chase of Kamran

The Chase of Kamran was a pursuit of Kamran by Damage Control agents after his escape from the Damage Control Supermax Prison.

Running away from the Damage Control Supermax Prison, Kamran returned back to Jersey City and met with Bruno Carrelli, taking shelter at his apartment. Thinking about how to avoid Damage Control, Kamran saw a combat drone at the window and realized that he had been followed. Kamran striked a drone down with a hard light, however, it fired a missile which caused an explosion at Circle Q.[6]

Afterwards, Kamran and Carrelli escaped from the scene and tried to get away at the subway, but the Damage Control agents found them there. Kamran accidentally created a hard light structure that hindered the agents' movements and allowed Kamran and Carrelli to escape. Carrelli brought Kamran to the Islamic Masjid of Jersey City where he asked Nakia Bahadir to give them a place to hide, but since the mosque was under surveillance, it was not an option. When the Damage Control agents led by Sadie Deever arrived at the mosque, Bahadir and Abdullah stalled them enough, so Kamran and Carrelli managed to escape to Coles Academic High School.[3]
Aftermath[]
Regrouping with Kamala Khan, Kamran and Bruno Carrelli arrived at Coles Academic High School, hiding from Damage Control agents. Khan contacted Kareem, asking him to provide a shelter for Kamran, although Kamran himself was concerned about asking the Order of the Red Daggers for help. Joining forces with Nakia Bahadir, Zoe Zimmer and Aamir Khan, Khan prepared a plan how to stall the Damage Control agents enough, so Kamran had enough time to escape. The Damage Control agents closed in on the school and although Sadie Deever did not get authorization from P. Cleary, she ordered to launch an attack and capture the enhanced individuals.
In a subsequent altercation with the Damage Control, Carrelli, Bahadir, Zimmer, and Aamir were apprehended, while Khan and Kamran found themselves surrounded by the agents. Being attacked from all sides, Kamran unleashed his powers and striked down all agents before Khan managed to get Kamran to stop himself. She created a hole in the ground that allowed Kamran to escape and get to the harbor, where he met with the Order of the Red Daggers and escaped to Pakistan. As the civilians and police officers stopped the Damage Control, Khan managed to escape, before Deever was informed by Cleary that she was relieved of duty for disobeying his orders.[3]
