She thinks a monster is attacking Oscar, then Gordon thinks Oscar might be throwing an angry fit. Oscar comes up and reveals that he relaxes by listening to his favorite record of noisy sounds, “Music to Be Grouchy By.” Cartoon A bully won't give the kids' baseball back. The boy imagines a few scenarios before ultimately calling for his dog.
