SCENE 1 The Count greets the viewers perched on top of the Sesame Street lamppost so he can count all the lights on the street as they come on for the evening. He counts the various lights as they are turned on by Luis (opening the Fix-It Shop), Mr. Hooper (at his store), Bob, David, Maria, Gordon and Susan, Bert and Ernie, Oscar, and Big Bird. The tenth light is on the lamppost, surprising the Count and making him fall off.

Song-exit

Muppets Little Chrissy and the Alphabeats sing "Exit" as the audience leaves the room.

Rosie promises to tell the truth, but begins exaggerating again after meeting Big Bird.
