SCENE 1
|
As everyone mingles around Sesame Street, Grover is surprised to see the viewer as he hums to the "Sesame Street Theme." He realizes that nobody else has seen them, so he asks the viewer to hide until he tells them to come out. After gathering everybody (Luis, Bob, Mr. Hooper, Maria, Susan, David, Gordon, Big Bird, and the kids) closer, he asks the gang to close their eyes. On the count of three, Grover prompts the viewer to come out and surprise everybody; needless to say, it works!

Once the area is empty, Big Bird and Snuffy show up wondering where everybody went. They go back to Big Bird's nest when Snuffy spots the group reconvened in the yard.
