He rushes down the steps to receive his food, then once back on the roof he remembers he needs some comic books and a flashlight. He rushes back down, out of breath. Mr. Hooper recommends Big Bird plan better by writing all the items he needs in a list so he doesn't have to keep going back and forth. Big Bird thinks this is a great idea and runs back up, only to run back down again realizing he's forgotten something to write on and with. Cartoon Picnic with P foods (carried away by ants)
