Lucy Royce is the fictional president of the ABC network as seen in The Muppets. She first appeared in "Swine Song" to assign Pache as a branding guru for Up Late with Miss Piggy. Although Pache's ideas are dismissed by Kermit the Frog, she still credits him with the success of the new format.
Royce returned in the following episode, "A Tail of Two Piggies," to respond to Miss Piggy's accidental reveal of her tail and the issues it causes the network.
