CBBC Newsround | MUSIC | Gareth Gates back at number one
Updated 14 July 2002, 18.51

Gareth Gates is back at the top of the charts.

The heart-throb went straight in at number one with his second single, Anyone of Us (Stupid Mistake).
Pop Idol runner-up Gareth has already topped the charts with his debut single, a cover of Unchained Melody.
Rumours
But Gareth's chart victory has been dogged by rumours that his record company, BMG, purposely halted sales of the JXL track, to make sure Gareth got to number one. They've invested loads of money in him and want to make sure he gets to the top.
Red Hot Chili Peppers
There's two other new entries in the top 10 - Foolish by Ashanti and Here I Am by Bryan Adams.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers have shot to the top of the album charts with their new CD, By The Way.
