Moved Project Hosting to gitlab

Since SMC project have many project repositories and savannah only allows single got repo for whole project , we decided to move all our code hosting to gitlab on December 2014

Current Upstream for SMC projects is https://gitlab.com/smc/

All data remains here is important for historical purposes and previous version references
