An educator who has worked in the area schools for ages. People affectionately call her Liz. She loves seeing her kids smile, and reaches out to people left and right, but that's probably just the teacher in her. Liz has cared for more than 2,000 students to date.
Elizabeth (エリザベスErizabesu?) is a character that appears in the Xbox 360/PlayStation 3 version of Sonic Unleashed. She is a human resident of Empire City and an educator who has worked in the area schools for ages.

For ages, Elizabeth has been working as an educator at area schools and has cared for more than 2,000 students.
During the events of Sonic Unleashed, Elizabeth met Sonic the Hedgehog and Chip when they first arrived in Empire City, where she greeted them before they asked her for directions to the local Entrance Stage. While Elizabeth gave them directions, she warned them about going there as she had lately seen strange people passing through there.
When Sonic and Chip returned from the Entrance Stage, Elizabeth asked them if they attended school and heard from them that they had a professor as a "private tutor". Deeming them so young in spite of this, Elizabeth assumed Sonic and Chip were quite mentally sharp.
Later on, Elizabeth saw Empire City being overrun by Badniks created by someone she thought sounded like "some Eggman guy", which made her very worried. Soon after, she met Sonic and Chip again, where she told them of their dangerous situation and advised them to stick close to her. When Sonic and Chip returned from driving Eggman's robots away, Elizabeth told them how confused she was about what made the robots leave. She also told them that she had heard there was trouble in Shamar and told them to stay away from there.
After Shamar's continent was restored, Elizabeth met Sonic and Chip again, where she told them that a piece of the planet had returned to its place and that it caused a lot of shaking before asking them if they were unharmed and where they were going next. When Sonic and Chip considered visiting Adabat, she told them how gorgeous it was, despite hearding that Eggman had been seen there. She then told Sonic and Chip to be careful and not to forget to pack.
When Sonic and Chip returned to Empire City after restoring Adabat's continent, Elizabeth told them that another piece of the planet had returned, causing another earthquake, before asking them where they were going next. Later on, Elizabeth met Sonic and Chip again and asked them if the planet was back together, but heard that one piece was still missing.

The epitome of a caring teacher, Elizabeth loves kids and loves seeing them smile. She is very helpful and kind, always reaching out to people left and right, and acts as a maternal guide for youngsters to assist them and ensure they are safe wherever they are going.
