Brigadier Sir Henry Robert Kincaid Floyd, 5th Bt. was born on 7 May 1899.2 He was the son of Captain Sir Henry Robert Peel Floyd, 4th Bt. and Edith Anne Kincaid-Smith.2 He married Hon. Kathleen Fanny Gretton, daughter of John Gretton, 1st Baron Gretton and Hon. Maud Helen Eveleigh-de Moleyns, on 9 April 1929.2 He died on 5 November 1968 at age 69, following a riding accident.2
