Lady Anne Juliet Dorothea Maud Wentworth-Fitzwilliam was born on 24 January 1935.3 She is the daughter of William Henry Lawrence Peter Wentworth-Fitzwilliam, 8th Earl Fitzwilliam and Olive Dorothea Plunket.1,3 She married, firstly, Victor Frederick Cochrane Hervey, 6th Marquess of Bristol, son of Herbert Arthur Robert Hervey, 5th Marquess of Bristol and Lady Jean Alice Elaine Cochrane, on 23 April 1960.1 She and Victor Frederick Cochrane Hervey, 6th Marquess of Bristol were divorced in 1972.1 She married, secondly, Somerset Struben de Chair, son of Admiral Sir Dudley Rawson Stratford de Chair and Enid Struben, in 1974.4,5 She married, thirdly, Dr. Christopher Tadgell in 1997.6
     Lady Anne Juliet Dorothea Maud Wentworth-Fitzwilliam usually went by her middle name of Juliet.4 She was educated at Hatherop Castle School, Gloucestershire, England.3 She graduated from St. Hilda's College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)4 After her marriage, Lady Anne Juliet Dorothea Maud Wentworth-Fitzwilliam was styled as Marchioness of Bristol on 23 April 1960. From 23 April 1960, her married name became Hervey. From 1974, her married name became de Chair.4 From 1997, her married name became Tadgell.6

Lt.-Gen. Douglas Mackinnon Baillie Hamilton Cochrane, 12th Earl of Dundonald was born on 29 October 1852.1 He was the son of Thomas Barnes Cochrane, 11th Earl of Dundonald and Louisa Harriet Mackinnon.2 He married Winifred Bamford-Hesketh, daughter of Robert Bamford-Hesketh, on 18 September 1878.1 He died on 12 April 1935 at age 82.1
