Hot in Human Form - TV Tropes

• Mystique often takes the form of a human to allure men, as her true, blue-skinned form is often met with fear or disgust by them. She's still quite attractive in her natural form, but people hate it due to anti-mutant racism.
• Marrow, a C-List character who joined the X-Men in the 90s, eventually gained the ability to control her powers (growing her own bones so that they protruded from her skin like armor and weaponry) to the point that she could shut them off thanks to an alien healing machine. She discovered that once she was finally able to retract her skeleton so that it no longer protruded through her skin, she was quite good looking- the machine itself also changed her default form from Monstrous Humanoid to Cute Monster Girl.

• Hsi Wu aims to invoke this trope In-Universe against Jade Chan when designing his human disguise. He gives his Seymour disguise brown eyes which he knows from experience "mortal females ha[ve] a certain weakness for" to make it more approachable to Jade.
• When Shendu dons a human disguise in The Stronger Evil, he makes himself a 6'9'' half-Asian man with a roman nose who largely looks like an attractive humanization of Shendu's true form.

Angel: They were so supposed to fix that.

• Power Rangers Lost Galaxy: Played with in regards to Trakeena. She is already human-looking, but when she disguises herself as a regular human woman in the episode "Stolen Beauty", she's so gorgeous that everyone is struck dumb just looking at her, including the male Rangers. A later episode has Leo and Damon admit that they find Trakeena attractive even in her regular form.
• Power Rangers Time Force: In "Lovestruck Rangers", the mutant criminal Contemptra takes on the form of a beautiful girl named Angelique to place the male Rangers under a love spell. After her defeat, Wes openly admits that she was a "babe" in human form.
• Power Rangers Mystic Force: When Necrolai sacrifices her magic to resurrect Leanbow and Daggeron, she changes from a bat-like creature to a human woman. Both Xander and Vida agree that she is much hotter in this form.

• The Star Trek: The Original Series episode "The Man Trap" has the "salt vampire" of planet M-113, which really looks like a sort of yeti-like, green, sucker-faced creature. However, it lures its victims to their deaths by being perceived as the most attractive person they can think of, so more most of the male Enterprise crew this is as a lovely young woman. For Doctor McCoy, it looks like Nancy Crater — a woman he dated 12 years prior, seemingly unaged — and for Kirk as Nancy as the age he expected her to be — an attractive older woman. Uhura sees it as an attractive male crewmate, and others see it as a crewmate it killed so it could sneak aboard the Enterprise.
• The Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "The Dauphin" has the much more friendly Salia the Allasomorph, who is revealed to be a shapechanger who has taken the form of a teenage girl who Wesley falls in love with. Her aide Anya is less friendly and mostly appears as a stoic older woman. Allasomorph's true form is a pearly, somewhat gel-like, amorphous energy being — very beautiful to look at astatically but not really humanoid, Wesley is amazed by her true form and very much implied to still love her that way.

• Yae Miko is a kitsune who's ridiculously cute when in her fox form (being a tiny, pink fox), which is a stark contrast to her human form, where she's very alluring and beautiful (and proud of it). Her status as a shrine maiden with a custom uniform, which bares her long legs and shows sideboob, definitely helps.
• Cloud Retainer, in her true form as a crane, doesn't stand out too much other than her eyes and small details; her human form, on the other hand (as Xianyun), is a tall, very well-endowed woman wearing a skintight black bodysuit that exposes her back, and which has gaps that show she doesn't wear anything underneath. Her glasses also add to her appeal.

• Persona 4: Teddie gains a human body after working out a lot. The characters are flabbergasted and the girls a little uncomfortable. He's still Teddie, though, so few women give him the time of day.
• Persona 5 Royal: Morgana (who typically looks like a cat) gains a human form which the protagonist internally refers to him as "handsome guy" before realizing who he is.

• This is a plot point during "Spring Broken". In order to win a bet with Verosika that the I.M.P. can kill more people than she and her succubi have sex with, they have Loona, a hellhound, use her human disguise to seduce targets and lure them away to be assassinated. The trouble is, the succubi also have incredibly attractive human forms and are easily able to seduce numerous humans.
• In "Seeing Stars", both Loona and Stolas transform into their human disguises in order to blend in with other humans in Los Angeles on Earth. Stolas' human disguise is also revealed to be physically attractive, with Blitzø being Distracted by the Sexy when human Stolas flirts with him.
