Lesser Gods
Gai Tsutsugami
Gai Tsutsugami, God of Willingly Taking the Blame (Triton, Adam, Mason)
Gai after being revived
- Lesser God. Intermediate God borderline Greater after acquiring the Power of Kings.
- Symbol: The Funeral Parlor logo
. Alternatively, Mana's cross necklace.
- Alignment: Chaotic Good with Chaotic Neutral moments. Briefly Neutral Evil as Da'ath's puppet.
- Portfolio: Designed a really complicated plan to bring down Da'ath and worked, The Charmer, The Chessmaster, Formerly a Child Soldier, Rebel Leader, Seeks to save Mana , Long-Haired Pretty Boy, Briefly turned evil, Killed by Shu in the decisive final battle
- Domains: Rebels, Test Subjects, Evolution, Determination, Love, Leadership.
- Allies: Mana Ouma, Lelouch Vi Brittania, Beatrice the Golden Witch, Commander Farsight, Litchi Faye-Ling, Raiden
- Enemies: Yuu, Makoto Waltz Segai, Ryoma Sengoku, Mesogog, SHOCKER, Ragyo Kyruin, Alex Mercer, Dr. Neo Cortex, Arcturus Mengsk, Steven Armstrong, Sundowner
- Complicated Relationships: Shu Ouma, Inori Yuzuriha
- At first known as the elusive leader of Funeral Parlor, the rebel group that went against the GHQ that controlled Japan, Gai Tsutsugami fought for liberating his country whatever the cost, but deep down he had other more personal motivations for going against the GHQ. He seeked to reunite with Mana Ouma, the girl who saved his life as a child and even died with her in order to stop Da'ath from unleashing the apocalypse. Gai seemingly sided with Da'ath after he was revived, but in reality he only followed Da'ath's order simply because he wanted to revive Mana so Shu could finally defeat him and her and destroy the Apocalypse Virus. He willingly took the role of the bad guy to motivate Shu in order to twart Da'ath's plans and surprisingly he succeeded.
- The sole reason he ascended is just to be with Mana and keep her away from Da'ath reach so they can't bring the Apocalypse to the pantheon. Gai was glad to learn that Mana is no longer a puppet of Da'ath and often spends his time alongside her.
- On the other hand, his relationship with Shu and Inori is a little more strained, since they didn't forget his time as Da'ath enforcer but nonetheless they understand his situation. They are one of the few people that really know what happened to him after he died for good after all.
- Has found a kinship with both Beatrice the Golden Witch and Commander Farsight who also took the blame willingly for their peers knowing full well that no one would remember why. Although they do believe that Gai could have done that in a much better way.
- When he was young Da'ath intended Gai to be a test subject for how resistant he was to the Apocalypse Virus and if he was worthy of becoming Mana's partner. That's the main reason he despises the Mad Scientists who study evolution for their own evil purposes.
- He has special disdain for Ryome Sengoku, mostly because he is aiding Yuu and Da'ath by trying to create an artificial Kamen Rider who would posses both the Apocalypse Virus and The Power of Kings. Problem is, they need Mana to succeed and he won't allow that to happen. He is also not afraid of SHOCKER, since he is used to deal with evil organizations and they are not different from GHQ.
- Being a Rebel Leader, he sympathizes with Lelouch since he basically went through a similar crusade like his and both were motivated to save an important girl for them. Lelouch also noticed the same similarities, even comparing his friends Shu with Suzaku.
- One time to break out a captured member of his rebel group, Gai pretended to be Shu's lawyer whose names was Mason. While it was never stated before, some believe that he actually got the idea by watching Perry Mason.
- He also heavily opposes corrupt politicians since those along with GHQ (And Mana) were the main cause why he created Funeral Parlor. Arcturus Mengsk is also a reminded of what happened to him after Da'ath revived him and doesn't think highly of him.
- On the other hand, he doesn't like Steven Armstrong either but the Senator has expressed admirition about his cause, saying that it's very noble thing to fight for the ones he cares and also believes Gai fights for the strong and that's why he succeeded. Gai however doesn't trust his words and considers him a lunatic.
- Has heard about Mana's "alliance" with Alex Mercer given that he is also another deity tied to a destructive virus. However, Gai believes that Mana is being deceived by Mercer and believes he actually is interested in absorbing her. He has made it clear that he doesn't like him but willing to tolerate him so long as Mana does it.
- Said to look really nice with a suit
. So nice in fact that he can be photoshopped anywhere and still look fancy.
- Apparently used to be a Child Soldier during his time in Africa of all places. He initially befriended Raiden since apparently he also fought in Liberia but never heard of "Jack the Ripper" but is willing to let Raiden's past not cloud his judgement. This in turn made him enemies with Sundowner who believes that children make excellent killers.
Helena Bertinelli/Huntress
Every hero has a story, not that I'm some kind of hero. But there comes a point when to survive, the hunted must become the Huntress.

- Helena Rosa Bertinelli was once a citizen of Gotham City who used to be a member of a notable Mafia family. Befitting of someone living in one of the most crime-ridden cities, Helena did not have a good childhood and was forced to endure a series of personal tragedies, with various different events told in different iterations, including sexual violation and watching her family get gunned down in front of her. This provided a stimulus in her deciding to take up crimefighting and rechristening herself as the vigilante, Huntress. Unlike a certain famous vigilante in the same city, Helena had no qualms about using lethal force against her targets and enemies, because of which she came into blows against the Batman himself regarding how to fight crime.
- Despite their conflicting stance in combating their fears and enemies, Huntress and Batman have occasionally worked together when it came down to battling mutual foes. Regardless, she was able to make new friends via particular members of the Batfamily. In time, she decided to induct herself into a Power Trio, consisting of herself, metahuman Black Canary, and former Batgirl Barbara Gordon, who took up the mantle of Oracle. Together, they formed the Birds of Prey firmly setting themselves up as some of the most formidable female vigilantes in their world.
- Huntress was the last of the original members of the Birds of Prey to find her way into the Pantheon. Prior to that, Black Canary and Barbara were seeking to find a way to ascend her, with additional help being given to them by their allies from their world who had also ascended and by new friends that they had made in this new world. In time, Barbara was able to make her way, though her first days in the Pantheon were rather rocky. She ended up in the House of Crime and Transgressions where she had to fight her way through a couple of criminals. Her time there led to her learning about a trio of disgusting slavers who made profits in human trafficking. Hellbent on punishing them, Helena razed through, though a sudden reunion from Dinah and Barbara cut her attempt abruptly. The three of them promised to take down the Slavers one day, and news came around that someone else had beaten Helena to it when it came down to delivering justice upon them. After taking the time to rest, Helena decided to explore the Pantheon and familiarize herself in the new realm of which she was now a part, with help from Dinah and Barbara, of course.
- Helena's role as a vigilante has been rather... interesting. While the core idea of a Gotham vigilante who takes lethal actions towards crime is now a new thing as a certain Red Hood has proven, Huntress has been doing that before he did. Many have noted that she went through a similar tragedy as Bruce, only that she ended up repaying her suffering in a more violent fashion. While Bruce does understand Helena's turmoil, he does have a difficult time in trying to reach out to her in regards to approaching crime. That is until Huntress did mellow out and stopped killing criminals, though she does remain as vicious as ever. Even so, she does aid Bruce from time to time.
- Like Bruce and the rest of the Batfamily, Huntress is pretty well known for one thing; she will never, ever, give up in a fight or completing an objective, even if it means dying or passing out to get the job done. So much so that in an obviously losing battle against Lady Shiva, her persistence and her tendency to use whatever underhanded and dirty tricks possible allowed her to get a hit on Shiva, an act that wound up earning her respect as no one, not even the Batman himself, is able to knock her down. Though at the same time, Huntress doesn't really put a much higher emphasis on herself, which explains her nature to constantly take on missions and objectives that would cost her her life. She's aware of this and states that she wouldn't be as missed as, say, Black Canary, though her fellow allies digress.
- She's surprisingly become friends with Adora because of this. Adora, during her adventures as the hero She-Ra, stated that she was thrust into mission-after-mission in an attempt to save the universe from the tyranny of Horde Prime and on some occasions, she was willing to die if it meant completing her objectives and saving the universe. As a result, she empathizes with Helena, though Adora does feel as of Huntress could tone down her vicious nature towards criminals. Helena respects Adora and what she's said but finds difficulty in becoming less brutal towards her enemies, despite her lack of killing for now. Even more surprisingly, she realized this was a trait she shared with Rei Ayanami. In the case of the latter, Rei thinks she can be replaced in case she is killed because she's a clone vessel for Yui Ikari, though much like Huntress herself, the friends she's made beg to differ and accept her regardless. Rei does pity Helena's circumstances for why she became what she is, while Helena feels as if Rei deserves better than being a backup clone who's engineered to be a weapon. John Rambo is one more being who developed a thought of seeing himself as expendable, as his experiences in the Vietnam War left him traumatized and jaded in general. The weight of the damage was so much that Helena thinks that Rambo deserves a good rest after all that he went through and would like to help him out in that regard, to which the soldier reciprocated with some respect.
- Helena's signature weapon is a crossbow. When given a thought, it seems like a weird choice as Huntress tends to be someone who is willing to apply lethal force to her enemies, yet she doesn't use a gun, much like most of the Batfamily. The reason why Huntress doesn't use a gun? She's just not good at using them, it's got nothing to do with the fact that crossbows are cooler. For using a similar weapon, she gets along rather well with the Green Arrow... unless one counts that time where she was an ally-turned-adversary for him, but Helena herself doesn't seem to dwell too much on it.
- For her civilian identity, Helena serves as a high school teacher and, on top of treating her job seriously, is also quite passionate and supportive about her students. So naturally, she was able to take up the role of a substitute teacher in the House of School. It's pretty clear that she enjoys her job and obviously enough, her forte is in Physical Education. Little does anyone know, Helena tends to bring along her vigilante costume with her in case trouble appears close to where she is teaching. A general rule; mess or hurt with one of her students and Helena will be paying back. Hard.
- She also has a good deal of interest in theatre and in finely crafted food. As a result, Helena sometimes spends her free days attending the Houses of Food and Theatre and Spectacle and does what she can to make the most of it. It's a common trait for mafia members to enjoy such subjects that Helena herself is into and sometimes, she'll even bring along her fellow Birds of Prey members to hang out and have fun. Still, she is a bit annoyed that there are some villainous deities there who are up to no good, but with other heroes handling the business there, Helena is fine with taking a break in that case.
- The criminals that Helena hates the most are rapists, which seems reasonable enough given that she was a victim of one, and it's one of the reasons why she goes ahead with killing criminals at first. Her motivation for revenge proved a familiar collection with Sakura Matou, who also underwent a similar situation that ended up turning her into a fragile and emotional figure with a dark side. Learning through one another's pain allowed Sakura to empathize with what Helena had been through and offered condolences. Learning about Zouken Matou, the architect of Sakura's suffering as well as her ancestor, Huntress vows to make him answer to his crimes. Huntress also became familiar with Fujino Asagami, a legendary Servant of the Archer Class who awakened her psychic powers through being sexually violated and used them to kill her tormenters in self-defense. While Huntress did feel uncomfortable about what Fujino went through, she understood why Fujino killed her rapists and said that she had it coming. While they don't fight side-by-side as they have their own matters to contend to, they do get along and Helena and Fujino feel as if them seeing one another can help them come to terms with their pain and dedicate their goals to help those in need.
- By extension, Helena also found good company with Casca, Red Sonja, Miku Izayou, Yui Kiriyama, and Ellen, all of whom went through harrowing experiences of rape. Huntress is especially protective of Yui as she's in her teen years and reminds her of the high school students that she tends to teach. Casca does sadden her as her rapist also happened to be her savior and the one who inspired her to become a mercenary. Helena is open to taking training sessions with Casca and Red Sonja whilst trying to help out Miku and Yui in fending for themselves, even if they're more than capable of doing so. That said, Helena is happy to learn that most of them are recovering to an extent, though in the case of Ellen, she wants to find a way to connect and help her out due to her experiences with AM.
- Helena, of course, sees Griffith in absolute disgust and does not buy into his messianic image for even a second. Of course, her being friends with Casca has helped in finding out what kind of person Griffith really is, and the fact that he raped Casca out of petty sadism towards Guts and still wanting to be seen as a king and hero has Helena cringe in disbelief, though it does frustrate her as she can do nothing about it, given that Griffith is way beyond her power. In a similar vein, Huntress also keeps wary of Molag Bal, a Daedric Prince whose act of committing rape gave rise to Vampires in Tamriel, not to mention that he takes pride in his actions.
- The House of Family and Relatives is a bit of a sensitive spot for Helena. Not that she has anything against the House, but the reminder of her family does sting her mind whenever she is reminded by it, hence she feels reluctant to visit it. To her surprise, some deities have paid their condolences to her and have offered her an invitation at any time. She's yet to reciprocate, but it does make her content that there are others who are willing to emotionally support her.
- During her stay in the Pantheon, she came across Frank Castle, another vigilante who went on to become a lethal vigilante after seeing his family get gunned down as bystander casualties in a mob battle. The fact that the two share a similarly tragic past was relatable enough, though Helena is cautious on just how brutal and uncompromising Frank can really get regarding his war on crime. Frank himself sees Helena as someone who could understand the pain of losing a family and is normally affable towards her. Helena does want to see if she can help Frank in some way, though his tenure as The Punisher has made adjustment admittedly difficult. He does respect Huntress for the gesture and affirms that he'll help her out at times. Helena also became well-acquainted with Yuri Nakamura. While not a vigilante, Yuri also witnessed her siblings get murdered by burglars in a home invasion for not getting any valuable items in time, which motivated her to rebel against "God" for putting her and other teens going through tragic predicaments and emotionally scarring them. Helena was happy to learn that Yuri was now recovering, having come to terms with her past and looking forward to a new life experience while Yuri sympathizes with Helena's past, though despite her growing list of enemies, is reluctant to join Huntress's crime-fighting crusade as Yuri herself has her hands full for now.
- Her experience as a ruthless vigilante had Helena cross paths with Rorschach when she was on patrol in the House of Crime. Both learned of their tragic past, however, Rorschach was in no position to strike up a relationship, let alone a partnership with a fellow vigilante, and told Huntress to mind her own business. It was rather awkward on Helena's part until she realized that Rorschach doesn't really have a positive opinion on women in general and that his moral and philosophical perspective on life borders on insanity. The two have similar enemies to deal with, but their allying with one another seems rather seldom, and even then, they don't get along due to Rorschach's pessimistic worldview and his hyper-violent tendencies being too much for Huntress to tolerate, even if she occasionally does those as well. She has, however, reprimanded that she's trying to tone down her aggressiveness, though Rorschach couldn't really care.
- Despite her relationship with the Mafia, Helena is not really fond of being associated with them, and given that many of the recognized mob bosses in the Pantheon are far from good, including the Corleones and Diavolo, it's hard not to see why. That said, she was surprised to learn of a few beings connected to the mafia that, nonetheless, were actually pretty good people. Among them was a squad of Stand users led by Bruno Bucciarati, who were tasked to deliver the daughter of an infamous crime lord to him... because he wanted to kill her off to wipe out any traces of someone associated with his identity. Learning from the experience, Helena was able to befriend Bruno and occasionally be of good company to his team.
- Raku Ichijou and Chitoge Kirisaki were not exactly members of the mafia per se, but they were children to Yakuza leaders hence they led privileged if complicated lives. Learning of Huntress's reputation and her hatred towards the Mafia, Raku and Chitoge were rather fearful of her, so Helena decided to just approach the two as her civilian self. And given that they were just teenagers no older than the ones Helena would teach in high school, she bore no ill will on them and just hung out with the two, wanting to see how the two got along with their lives. Raku and Chitoge's vitriolic romance with one another did endear Helena and wishes that the two would be students that she could teach at some point. Still, given that they don't know who Huntress is, Raku and Chitoge still remain fearful of her.
- Helena also learned of a pair of beings in the Pantheon who were part of the Medici Mafia, a vicious group of criminals, though the two in question, Filia and Cerebella were actually good people who only worked in it for their own goals that deviated from what the Midici wanted. Huntress was surprised to learn of it, though she was relieved to learn that Cerebella caught track of who she was working with and ended up leaving for her own benefit. That, and the fact that the Medici were behind the troubles of Bloody Marie, Peacock and Squigly were reasons for Huntress to be wary and on the lookout for the Mafia organization, though she does present her condolences to those who were affected.
- Due to recent events, she now shares an avatar with Ramona Flowers]] and John McClane's daughter. She respects both individuals and has promised to put a crossbow bolt in Gideon Graves the next time she sees him.
My life is different. My life is a means to an end. I have dedicated it to a real cause. I do not mind losing it... if I can achieve an end.
Miaka Yuuki
Miaka Yuuki, Goddess of Selfless Wishes (Suzaku no Miko)
- Lesser Goddess
- Symbol: Suzaku, the Vermilion Bird
- Alignment: Neutral Good
- Portfolio: Selfless Wish, Chastity, power from virginity, nice and naive everygirls, all-loving idiot heroine, Obsessed with Food and supposedly pudgy, often needs rescuing from her own stupidity, The Ditz, screaming one's name dramatically, attempted rape victim, bouts of suicide, Guilt Complex, Lethal Chef, Martyr Without a Cause, Happily Married
- Domains: Fire, Love, Balance, Destiny, Travel, Virginity formerly, Mikos, Perkiness
- Heralds: Yui Hongo, Takiko Ohkuda, Suzuno Ohsugi
- Allies: Coraline Jones, Chihiro Ogino, Belldandy, Lain Iwakura, Nia Teppelin, Fuu Hououji, Hikaru Shidou, Umi Ryuzaki, Chibiusa Tsukino/Sailor Chibimoon, Felicia, Sabrina, Near, Erica Fontaine, Ranma Saotome, Lady Amalthea, Riku
- Partner: Zhuqiaomon
- Enemies: The Hall of Tainted Love, all rapists
- Squicked Out By: Merasmus
- As the Avatar of Chastity, Miaka was (and still is) often in direct opposition to the likes of Zapp Brannigan, James Bond, and Akio, but holds no grudges against any of them. Well, Bond does respect her and makes no attempts to bed her, even if he (or at least a previous avatar of him) does prefer married women.
- She's the only Goddess who declines the offer of appearing in the Pantheon version of The Jerry Springer Show, as she considers it repulsive and goes against her code of morality.
- It's true that she's married by the end of her story and has a child, but what she has been though before then has allowed her to keep on representing her title; the trope is simply changed to compromise with any detractors. After all, Chasity and Celibacy are not one and the same. Someone who restrained themselves until after marriage and is throughly monogamous counts as chaste. And Miaka qualifies for that.
- However, looking further in, her reworked turned out to be just a quick rehash and the Court found a different trope for her to make up for it: Selfless Wish, in honor of the kinds of wishes she requested to Suzaku when she did manage to summon him. In fact, all the Priestesses got this. The catch is that the wishes must be selfless or the gods will consume them. Miaka ultimately used all her wishes for selfless causes and saved the book world and the real one outside it through them.
- One thing nobody ever lets Miaka live down is one early incident where she yelled at the emperor to give her a jewel from his hat, broke part of his palanquin in the process, and acted shocked when she was arrested. That was the equivalent of running up to the Prime Minister's car, breaking the car door while opening it, and demanding the PM for ¥50,000. Trollkaigers, Lolrangers, and Itazura Griefers alike had a field day upon that discovery, though their methods for trolling her were obviously different and it resulted in a three-way prank-off.
- Has found new friends in Belldandy, Lain Iwakura, Nia Teppelin, and Fuu Hououji because they sounded like her.
- As well as Chibiusa and Felicia.
- Not to mention Near and Erica Fontaine.
- She also got the attention of Ranma Saotome, since she sounded like his (main) Love Interest Akane Tendo.
- Kyu Sugardust has promised to keep her clients (especially Zapp) away from Miaka in respect of her (former) title. The fact that she already has a significant other is another reason.
- Many spiteful evil deities have attempted to rape her to remove her powers, but the Suzaku Seishi (as well as the allies Miaka has made in the Pantheon) have put a stop to those attacks. It didn't really matter as she's already married and her Lesser Goddess powers are just a mark of her endeavors, and chastity isn't lost as a result of rape. Also, her new title makes those a moot point.
- After hearing his story, Miaka had a laugh when she realized that Riku is a lot like her herald Yui in many ways.
- Is revolted by the fact that Merasmus is actually a virgin simply for convenience purposes in case of rituals where virgin blood is a necessity.
Sunset Shimmer
Sunset Shimmer, Goddess of Actions Proof-Worthy of Heroism (Raging She-Demon, Sunset Satan, Sunset Seraph, Daydream Shimmer, Sun-Shim, Flanksy)
Pony Sunset
Daydream Shimmer
- Lesser Goddess, Greater Goddess as Daydream Shimmer
- Symbol: Her Cutie Mark, a yellow-and-red sun
- Theme Song: My Past is Not Today
- Alignment: formerly Neutral Evil, now Neutral Good
- Portfolio: Former Alpha Bitch, Ambition Is Evil, Atoning for Past Mistakes After Having Her Arrogance Broken, Base-Breaking Character Who Became much more Well-Loved, Big Bads Who Become Main Characters, Becoming Friends with Those who Defeated Her, NOT being Easily Forgiven until She Earned It, Evil Counterparts that Turn Good, Always known as "Sunset Shimmer", Humble Pie, Light Is Good, Turning into a "Raging She-Demon", Former Evil Pupils, Decider of Victory, Having a Very Pretty Smile, Golden Super Modes with Fire Wings, Phoenix Imagery, Choosing to Remain in the Human World
- Domains: Fire, Light, Students, Redemption, Forgiveness, Empathy
- Herald: Ray, her pet Leopard Gecko
- Allies: The Equestria Girls, All of the Mane Six, but especially Twilight Sparkle, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna, Spike, Starlight Glimmer, The Duck-Hunt Dog, Master Hand, Xion, Elpizo, Axl, Zuko, Labrys, Eike Kusch, Amity Blight
- Enemies: The Dazzlings, Nightmare Moon, Queen Chrysalis, Lord Tirek, Satan, The Beast, Napoleon, Eliza and Neil Reagan
- Uneasy Relations With: Lucifer, Darth Vader
- Formerly the High Priestess of the Duck-Hunt Dog when he ruled under the title "Rescued from the Scrappy Heap", Sunset Shimmer demonstrated a tendency for kindness and understanding for those who were once evil, and whose attempted reformations were rejected. Her inspiring presence in this regard was enough to land her an official spot on the pantheon.
- Some of her followers theorize that she is an Element of Harmony: the Element of Forgiveness. Sunset is flattered, but she doubts that is the case. When the question was posed to her creator
, she said that while she doesn't have a physical element to embody like the Mane Six, if one existed for her, she would be the Element of Empathy.
- Though no longer the Duck-Hunt Dog's High Priestess, she still visits him on a regular basis. It was also during one of these visits she became acquainted with Xion, and the two stuck up a bit of a friendship over the fact neither of them are unanimously loved, though Sunset's status has improved.
- Given that she's become accepted after her reformation, Sunset had to look for a new title to take, and she decided on Heroes' Frontier Step, where someone commits an action so noble that it proves that they're a hero. There was a pending trope for her in Not-So-Easily Forgiven, but she went for this instead because 1) she performed this step twice (once when she got the courage to get between the Rainbooms to tell them why their magic—which had been used to defeat her—hadn't been working as well as stepping in alongside them for their Heroic Second Wind, and again by getting in the path of a memory-erasing spell that had already affected them and made them forget the good things she had done, proving she was worthy to be a friend), and 2) having been Easily Forgiven by someone has halved her viability for that title.
- Some of her followers theorize that she is an Element of Harmony: the Element of Forgiveness. Sunset is flattered, but she doubts that is the case. When the question was posed to her creator
- Griffith is the sole being she will never aid, even if he attempted to atone. He's gone too far to turn around at this point, and coming from the girl who transformed into a "raging she-demon", that means something. And since her sub-House transfer, this enmity has intensified as she's all but become his ideological opposite.
- She was extremely happy to find the rest of the Mane Six in the Pantheon, but it led to an awkward moment before she realized these ponies were not the same as the ones from Canterlot High. They became fast friends though, and Sunset has noted that overall, the ponies are more mature than their counterparts.
- Still, she's at her most comfortable around Twilight Sparkle, and they occasionally do things by themselves without the others. It's just them doing friendship-related things, but some gods see it in an entirely different light.
- She wanted to prepare and compose herself for the day she would have to face Princess Celestia herself and ask for her forgiveness, but doesn't want to have it rushed and won't take any shortcuts.
- However, dire circumstances forced her to do so before she could ask her for help in a crisis. Their reconciliation has to be seen to be believed.
- Because of the crap she had to go through all over again due to mentioned dire circumstances, Sunset despises those who would tamper with memories for malicious/envious reasons.
- Despite being originally from Equestria, Sunset Shimmer spends most of her time in her human form. At this point, she simply feels more comfortable as a human than as a pony, though has needed to revert to that form in several circumstances.
- Not quite sure what to make of Lucifer. On the one hand, he reminds her a lot of herself in a lot of bad ways. On the other, he didn't fall for his own ambition like she did, and his former master YHVH is little better. Overall, she figures it's best to steer clear of both of them. However, she has set her sights on his new protegee, Homura Akemi: she sees a ton of self-loathing and not a lot of malice in her.
- Has a lot in common with Elpizo, due to the fact that they both fell slave to their own ambitions, looked down on others for various reasons (though it was just humans in Elpizo's case), obtained a powerful Amplifier Artifact, and then went power-mad with it when they went One-Winged Angel. She's since been trying to help him realize that humans aren't all bad, like she realized, but it's a slow process.
- Is a friend of Axl, due to their similar statuses as Base Breaking Characters who became much better appreciated, and they occasionally joke that if it had been Axl who had dealt with her back when she was still a "raging she-demon", shooting her in the face probably would have instantly helped his status out.
- While she's friends with Nanoha and is impressed by the Magical Girl's ability to turn foe into friend, Sunset is not quite on board with the concept of Friendship Through Superior Firepower. She's been on the receiving end of it, and it stings. Overall, she prefers words.
- Briefly mistaken for Madoka when she first unlocked her Daydream Shimmer form. The Sisterhood, and more importantly, Homura, has taken an interest.
- After her trip to Camp Everfree and the crisis there, Sunset has also acquired the ability to read the minds of anyone she touches. She later found a pet for herself in the House of Reptiles, and it has now become her herald.
- Due to her title as a goddess, her past as a "raging she-demon" often comes up in casual conversation. Other gods are usually quick to say they mean no offense. "None taken", she always replies. It is an attitude she encourages among other reformed villains.
- Ended up befriending Eike Kusch since he understands what it's like to go through amnesia, having suffered it for 400 years while immortal. He comforted Sunset over the incident with the Memory Stone that made her friends forget how she had redeemed herself and then how she sacrificed her memories to save them, especially since Sunset took it harder than Eike. Sunset was grateful for someone to listen to her and vows to find a spell to help recover Eike's past.
Demigods
Anna (Frozen)
Anna, Goddess of Acting for the Sake of a Loved One (Princess Anna, Feisty Pants, Queen Anna of Arendelle, Ward of Arendelle)
- Demigoddess
- Symbol: A sandwich
- Theme Song: Do You Want to Build a Snowman?
, For the First Time in Forever
, The Next Right Thing
- Alignment: Neutral Good
- Portfolio: Being In Love with Love, Adorkable, Big Sister Worship, Genki Girl, acting before thinking, Desperately Craves Affection, Love at First Sight, Not a Morning Person, Unwitting Instigator of Doom, Heroic Sacrifice, Love Redeems

- Odd Friendship: Ryuko Matoi

- Enemies: Prince Hans, Penelope Mouse, Master Xehanort, Maleficent, Larxene, The Evil Queen, Vanitas, any evil gods in the House of Love, Dio Brando, Dahlia Hawthorne
- Anna is a princess of Arendelle and the younger sister of Queen Elsa. The two used to be very close as children, however Elsa started distancing herself from Anna without an explanation. When the time came for Elsa to assume the throne, the reason for her distance was revealed; Elsa could conjure ice and snow and she had hurt Anna with her power when they were little. Elsa bolted to the North Mountain to live in isolation, but Anna would have none of that and went after her. Elsa's worst fears came true as she discovered she had accidentally locked Arendelle in an endless winter and she struck Anna with her powers again, which threatened to completely freeze Anna from the inside. Only an Act of True Love could save Anna. As it happens, that act was Anna herself saving Elsa from dying at Hans' sword by placing herself in front of the blow. The two sisters finally reconnected and Elsa gained new control of her powers thanks to their unconditional love.
- Not wanting to be separated again, Elsa worked out a way to ascend her sister into the Pantheon. Elsa spoke to the Court of Gods, whom allowed Anna to fulfill this position in the Pantheon, due to her near-legendary act of risking her own life to save Elsa's, therefore breaking her own curse and proving that not all acts of true love have to be romantic in nature (the implied threat of being frozen over by an angry queen should they decline may have also helped Anna's case).
- Living in a fairytale world and being a Disney Princess, Anna was very much a believer of True Love, even if it was only at first sight. But throughout her journey to reunite with her sister, she became aware of how dangerous this thought process was, and what it almost cost her and her sister. Learning from this experience, Anna decided to help her followers realize the difference between embellished love stories and actually healthy relationships.
- In the Pantheon, Anna likes spending time with Olaf and Elsa (in whichever house she's in). While visiting Elsa in the House of Nature, Anna is sometimes seen trying to climb any mountain that happens to be there, to improve her mountain climbing skills. No luck, yet, but she's persistent.
- She's actually never heard her own sister's big song (obviously since she wasn't there at the time), so she asked to hear it. Elsa wasn't that keen on the idea, being rather ashamed of "Let It Go" as a low point for her, even if it sounds inspiring. Still, it's hard for her to refuse Anna anything, so she gave in. Even though they've heard each other sing before, Anna was still impressed (but then, it's easy for older siblings to impress their younger ones).
- Like her sister, she's friends with fellow chocolate eater Mello, though Elsa sometimes worries if he might be a bad influence. Thankfully, Anna's smartened up when it comes to sensing the danger in people, and Mello's only interested in catching Light again. He sees no reason for the sisters to become necessary losses in that pursuit.
- Has perhaps one of the biggest hearts in the whole pantheon. Not only did she forgive her big sister for shutting her out for years, but her love for her was so great it gave Elsa a way to control her powers. As of such, A lot of the positive love gods in the house make friends with her rather easily.
- Since her ascension was Elsa's big project, her big project now is working on having her boyfriend (now husband) Kristoff ascend as well. She's still working on it, but is approaching it with the same determination she had during the eternal winter.
- Due to her title, she finds herself easily befriending Tsubaki Yayoi, who kinda had a similar mindset as her. Anna definitely gave her pity that Tsubaki'd have a wonderful life... if she's not surrounded with the despicably manipulative type like Terumi.
- Much like her sister, Anna finds herself also visiting the siblings that bicker a lot, Lina & Rylai. Being the 'big sister', Anna is 'closer' to Lina and often tried to break up any ongoing bickering. Much to Anna's surprise, even if Lina stated that their rivalry is just too deep-rooted to just fix altogether, she at least respects Anna as a big sister and likes her theme song.
- Anna made good friends with Carly Nagisa, the latter having dreams of her Prince Charming, Jack Atlas, to come so they could be together.
- She wasn't happy to hear that Prince Hans, the monster who sadistically broke her heart and tried to kill her sister to take Arendelle's throne, made it into the Pantheon. In fact, the mere sight of him would provoke her into punching him in a face. Since then, Anna has teamed up with Phoenix Wright and Bentley Turtle, both of whom also had their hearts intentionally broken by sociopathic fiends, to get even with Hans should he threaten her or her kingdom again.
- She holds a similar grudge with Penelope Mouse for manipulating the Cooper Gang and breaking Bentley's heart the same way that Hans did with her and Elsa. Anna has made a lot of questions on Penelope's true motives, and asks if she has always been evil, like Hans. Bentley seems to agree with Anna. Like with Hans, Anna will not hesitate to punch Penelope on mere sight.
- Some of the gods question why all her promotional material features her with a white streak in her hair, when she loses it at the end of her adventure. Usually, Anna shrugs at this and says, "spoilers I guess."
- Really, REALLY doesn't like Dio Brando. Him sounding like Prince Hans has something to do with it, but it's mostly the fact that he forcefully stole Erina's first kiss just to get one over on Jonathan Joestar.
John Hartigan
John Hartigan, God of Heroic Suicide
- Demigod
- Symbol: The distinctive scar on his forehead
- Theme Song: "Hartigan"
- Alignment: Chaotic Good (used to be Lawful Good)
- Portfolio: No Good Deed Goes Unpunished, Killing Himself To Save Nancy, Break Their Heart To Save Them, Taking the Heat, Beware the Nice Ones, Longcoats, Inflicting The Most Justified Nut Shot In History, "X" Marks the Hero, By-the-Book Cop But Will Get Hands Dirty If Necessary, Framed For Child Murder And Rape, Celibate Hero, Cowboy Cop
- Domains: The Police, Anti-Heroes, Guns, Crime, Noir
- Followers: Rin Nohara, Russell, Sergeant Harkin, Pete Tyler
- Allies: Matthew Murdock, Night Raid, Jolyne Cujoh, Giorno Giovanna, George McFly, Bruce Wayne/Batman, Axel Stone, Adam Hunter and Blaze Fielding, Ned Stark, Marv
- On good terms with: House of Childhood and Adolescence
- Enemies: serial rapists (particularly Wyald and Gregor Clegane) but especially Ethan Roark Junior, anyone who Would Hurt a Child, Tywin Lannister, Asmodeus, Manfred Von Karma, Nobuyuki Sugou, Vincent Vega
- For thirty years, John Hartigan served as one of the few non-corrupt cops in Basin City. His last case before retirement was stopping the pedophilic murder-rapist Ethan Roark Junior, saving the 11 year old Nancy. Unfortunately Junior's father was a powerful senator, leading him to be framed for Junior's crimes and sent to jail for eight years; he'd endure it to protect his family and Nancy. As an adult Nancy would be threatened by the Roark family out of revenge towards Hartigan, eventually leaving him with one unthinkable option to protect her:
- ->'"An old man dies. A young girl lives. A fair trade."
- He is the bane to many a rapist in the Trope Pantheon, and for good reason; he castrated Junior twice, the second time he made sure to turn his head into mush as well. Wyald felt himself clutching his groin, especially given he lost his penis tongue already. He particularly loathes Gregor Clegane due to having the connections to get away with his horrific crimes, just like Junior. Admits Gregor's going to be harder to put down than Junior. George McFly is supporting his fight against rapists.
- Seems to have gotten on pretty well with Bruce Wayne. This comes down to in part due to Frank Miller being a writer for both and Basin City being similar to Gotham City, only even more corrupt and crapsack. With Senator Roark's legacy dead, the two hope to defy the status quo and as gods clean up each other's city. Many crooks in either city were unprepared for the other. While Bruce had some misgivings towards John due to his castration and killing of Junior, he admits he'd be really tempted to kill the yellow bastard.
- Asides from Batman, he is also allies with Daredevil. In all, he's happy to see that the Trope Pantheon is not Sin City, and the House of Law and Justice is a lot fairer. He feels more comfortable helping out Axel Stone, Adam Hunter and Blaze Fielding. Meanwhile he is trying to get the GUAG's help to deal with the corrupt members of said house.
- With Tywin's rebirth in the Trope Pantheon, Hartigan is trying to take him down; he sees him as a man similar to Senator Roark, who uses his money and connections to get away with evil.
- Approached Giorno Giovanna with caution. While he was a By-the-Book Cop, from what he understood his mafia isn't a traditional mafia or criminal empire, and wants to protect people. Hartigan believes that he could try and get him to help clean up Basin City. His tour in the House of Crime led him to meet up with Jolyne Cujoh, who like him was framed up, as she didn't deserve to be punished either.
- Most gods were pretty upset that he suffered in jail for stopping Junior, and having to resort to suicide to keep Nancy Callahan safe. This experience has left him to be sympathetic towards Ramza Beouvle. He also gets along pretty well with Ned Stark; both honorable men who died in trying to do the right thing, though he feels Ned is somewhat worse off as Joffrey ordered his execution despite Ned wanting to spare him and his siblings from Robert's potential wrath.
- He initially mistook Susan Storm for Nancy Callahan, for some reason. Jules Winnifred mistook him for Butch Coolidge, and a lot of gods thought he was an older John McClane. Hartigan likes the comparison to the latter. Leeloo mistook him for Korben Dallas. And Cole Sear once thought Hartigan was his psychiatrist, who Hartigan has never seen - apparently Malcolm's still a ghost for those who look like Bruce Willis.
- He has a link to the mortal realm as a ghost, speaking to Nancy Callahan. He's very upset that she's going down her path of vengeance, but is at least happy to see her take down Senator Roark once and for all.
- He also resides in the Hall of Suicide and Sacrifice.

- Symbol: The House of El family crest
- Theme Song: Jor-El steals the Codex
- Alignment: Neutral Good, Chaotic Neutral (as Mr. Oz or when exposed to red kryptonite)
- Herald: Lara (his wife)
- Portfolio: Like Father, Like Son, Fling a Light into the Future, Knows Of Doom, But None Believe Him, Strong Family Resemblance, His Recordings, Mr. Exposition, Dead For Over 20 Years Because Of Death by Origin Story, Good Marriages, Heroic Like His Son, Ignored Expert, Science Hero
- Domains: Science, Astronomy, Wisdom, Hope
- Special Relationship with: Kal-El (his son), Kara Zor-El (his niece), Kara Zor-L (his alternate universe niece), Lois Lane (his daughter-in-law)
- Allies: Thomas and Martha Wayne, Absol, Cassandra, Professor Utonium, Doctor Light, N, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Goku
- On good terms with: The JLA, especially J'onn J'onzz, Astral, The Doctor
- Enemies: General Zod, Vril Dox, Darkseid, Big Brother, Arcturus Mengsk, The Lich, Abaddon, Lex Luthor, Rau Le Creuset, Ghetsis, Nox
- Opposes: Penelope Mouse, Cornelius Fudge, The Pointy-Haired Boss
- Pities: Gate
- Sitcom Arch-Nemesis with: Bardock (long story)
- Over twenty years ago, the planet Krypton was dying. Its innards unstable, the famed scientist Jor-El had discovered this early yet the Council refused to believe. He and his wife Lara knew there would be no hope, that they would perish with the planet. However, they did not their infant son Kal-El to die with them. Using a prototype rocket, Jor-El managed to make sure Krypton would survive in his son. It is thanks to this that the universe would be offered one of its greatest heroes of all time.
- Krypton's destruction was brought in part to the ancient and massive conflict involving clones, and the deadly radiation deposited in Krypton's innards. As such, he opposes the violent and evil clone Rau Le Creuset, and the toxic Lich. He also opposes Abaddon for his shtick of destroying planets.
- One of, if not the smartest men of all Krypton. Upon his many discoveries was the Phantom Zone, which was used to help imprison criminals. It's an invention he regrets somewhat, given what would happen to General Zod and proving a worse condemnation than execution. Zod was eager to get back at his former friend now that the two had ascended, but both will put their differences aside to fight against Brainiac.
- Likes to go on adventures with the Doctor, who had his own dusty council to deal with. He is also impressed by Astral by how well he had adapted to human cultures, just like his son.
- Alive once more in the Trope Pantheon, Jor-El sought to meet his son all-grown up. It wasn't the first time due to a time travel mishap, but now he gets a proper look at his son's adopted world. He was incredibly happy to learn of the superheroes on Earth and its vibrancy, and was incredibly proud of his son's heroism as Superman. In the pantheon, he gets to be a superhero of his own right; superpowers like laser vision and super-strength have helped his scientific endeavors greatly.
- Has come to pity J'onn J'onzz a lot, since unlike his son he had to live on through and remember the death of his world.
- He also sought out to meet his brother's daughter once he learned she also survived. To his surprise, he met Kara Zor-El and her counterpart of Earth-2 Kara Zor-L. Their reunion was filled with hugs and tears.
- Lex Luthor was pretty pissed upon learning that Superman's dad had become part of the pantheon, being yet another Kryptonian in the pantheon. He feels much the same about Lex, given he destroyed New Krypton.
- Like the Waynes, he's annoyed that a lot of supheroes have dead parents. He actually met Thomas Wayne, where Thomas helped convince him that Earth is the best place to send the infant Kal-El. The two continue to be friends, watching over their sons.
- Has nothing good to say about the Kryptonian Council. Most of the time they're stuck-up assholes more focused on preserving the status quo than anything else. He dislikes Cornelius Oswald Fudge and the Pointy-Haired Boss for embodying that incompetence, and hates Big Brother for wishing to crush intellectualism and freedom in general For the Evulz. Thankfully for him, the House of Knowledge is willing to listen to his urgent messages. He gets along with Professor Utonium and Doctor Light, being fathers and scientific mentors to the hero.
- Though Zod doesn't get it, he chose Earth as his son's new home in part because of the rustic, simplistic life. He would be free to live a natural life, not the sterile life of Krypton.
- Naturally he feels really bad for Absol and Cassandra for their curse, and is trying to promote awareness for them. He also feels kind of bad for Gate. Despite his genius, he was persecuted for it and his Reploid creations were killed in "accidents". Of course he doesn't approve of his villainy, but does feel he was served an injustice.
- Though the man himself died in the apocalypse of Krypton, the Fortress of Solitude holds a recorded simulation of Jor-El. He's there whenever Superman needs help with Kryptonian issues, because Supes' dad knew what he was doing. His Virtual Ghost iteration hangs out Doctor Light's hologram and Obi-Wan's Force ghost, sharing knowledge together.
- Notices that the Saiyan Goku has a lot in common with his son, and approves of the rivalry between the two. He did make a mistake by believing his dad Bardock was a brilliant scientist like him. When Bardock showed up and corrected this notion, he recognized the warrior culture of the Saiyans as providing the very corruption of power he had been seeking to avoid for his son when he sent Kal-El to Earth.
- He sometimes looks like Vito Corleone. He doesn't exactly like the comparison. He's got a passing resemblance to Maximus Decimus Meridius as well.
- Anything his followers knew about him was turned on its head when it was revealed that he has actually survived Krypton's destruction thanks to Dr. Manhattan and has lost his faith in humanity after seeing the worst of what it has to offer. However, Superman and his family have been trying their hardest to change his new cynical outlook.
- Superman's son, Jon, (also his herald) has come to respect his recently-regained grandfather as a Cool Old Guy.
Quasideities
Alcestis
Alcestis, The Goddess Who Chose To Be Taken
- Quasideity
- Symbol: A woman with a veil cover her face standing in the Underworld
- Theme Song: "Alcesti"
- Alignment: Neutral Good
- Domain: Love, Sacrifice, Life & Death
- Portfolio: Gives up her life so Admetus can live, asks her husband to never remarry, victim of Balancing Death's Books, got Rescued from the Underworld by Heracles and/or Persephone
- Followers: Lily Potter
- Allies: The House of Love, Hercules, Jean Grey-Summers, Death of the Endless, Discworld's Death, those who had performed similar acts, including but not limited to Belldandy, Edward Elric, Roronoa Zorro, Belle, Katniss Everdeen, Harry Potter, The Doctor, Giselle
- Enemies: Final Destination's Death, both Hades, any and all Wicked Stepmother including the Evil Queen, Lady Tremaine
- Opposes: Ariel
- Opposed by: Regular Show's Death, Dhuum
- Pities: Snow White, Cinderella
- Ascend because of her famous offer to sacrifice herself so her husband Admetus can live, one of the most heart-wrenching scene that is one of the oldest examples of the trope.
- Is a constant source of admiration and jealousy from Greek mortals considering her story is one of the rare ones from mythology that have a happy ending.
- She and Hercules are very glad to see each other again considering that he rescued her from the Underworld. After Hercules apologized her for his disrespect at her funeral for not knowing that she died, Alcestis forgives him and feels sorry because one of his wife Megara's backstory is similar to her own but ended tragically.
- Because of her heart-wrenching sacrifice, she is a source of admiration among the House of Love. Alcestis is proud of this because she is one of the rare couples in Greek mythology that is both Happily Married and has a happy ending.
- Alcestis doesn't particularly like Ariel considering the fact that the mermaid put her father to a tough position to sign away his power and kingdom through her impulsiveness, even though Alcestis can understand that Ariel did that our of love.
- Despises any and all evil stepmothers in the Pantheon because they are the very fear that Alcestis fears would befall on her own children after Admetus got remarry. This led her to feel pity for children who had to endure them like Snow White and Cinderella.
- On the other hand, she is fine with good stepmothers, especially with Giselle and enjoys the dance routine she can throw.
- Because of her experience with the Underworld, Alcestis has a... complicated relationship with the House of Life and Death as well as various versions of Hades.
- Many of the more humanized and good deities from the House like Jean Grey-Summers, Death of the Endless, the version of Death from Discworld and Phoenix Ikki are touched by her action and declare that they would instantly let her go like Persephone.
- On the other hand, Dhuum doesn't particularly like her because she disobeys the rule of death. She respects his opinion and tries to avoid him as much as possible.
- The version of Death from Regular Show also doesn't like her but for different reason: Alcestis never really wins back her life but instead was either let go by Persephone or got rescued by Hercules, which he deemed as cheating. The Final Destination version of Death outright DESPISES Alcestis for escaping Death and cheats the Underworld out of a soul. That Death is determined to hunt her down and re-balance the death book.
- Was at first excited hear that Hades has ascended into the Pantheon because that would mean Alcestis can now thanks Persephone for letting her go but was severely disappointed that not only is neither of them married to Persephone, both of them are evil to boot and one them is responsible for Megara's tragic backstory.
- Harry Potter once visited her temple in his off time and broke down crying in happiness once he saw his mother Lily is among her followers. Alcestis let the two of them meet as much as she can from that point forward, something Harry is grateful for.
Sophie Zawistowski
Zofia Zawistowski, The Goddess Who Made The Sadistic Choice (Sophie)
- Quasideity
- Symbol: Her concentrated prisoner suit
- Signature Song: "Love Theme
"
- Alignment: Neutral Good
- Domain: Parents, Love, World War II
- Portfolio: Chose which of her children to die, got taken to Auschwitz for stealing a ham, got caught in a Love Triangle, Driven to Suicide
- Allies: Many Jewish deities in the Pantheon
- Enemies: Any Nazi in the Pantheon, Medea, Eric Cartman, Magneto
- Pitied by: Many good parents in the Pantheon, Peggy Carter, Steve Rogers/Captain America, veterans of World War II
- Pities: Liane Cartman
- Complicated Relationship with: Shylock
- The mother who was faced with an incredibly painful choice of deciding which of her child to die in the concentration camp, Sophie was ascended after her suicide because the gods heard about her painful choice and how influential it is to the cinematic world.
- After her ascension, Sophie fell to her knee crying when her request to see her children alive again is denied because the Court of the God argue that bringing them back would deny the purpose of her ascension in the first place. Let's just say that day the entire Pantheon got a little sadder.
- Her difficult decision to choose which kids to live made her a VERY sympathetic figure to many parents in the Pantheon. Even the evil / more neutral ones who love their kid also feels sorry for her situation.
- For her reputation, Sophie has turned her temple into a place where parents lost their kids to share their story.
- Despises Medea with a passion due to the fact that the woman WILLINGLY off her kids.
- Being married to a Jew and a victim of the Holocaust, Sophie has good relationship with many Jewish deities while despises any Nazi in the Pantheon. While only a civilian, her temple is always welcomed to any Jew and any Nazi dare to come close to it will receive a dose of cyanide in their food.
- However, Shylock has a mixed reception of her despite being a Jew himself due to the fact that Sophie being Catholic married a Jew reminds him too much of his daughter Jessica's marriage to his enemy.
- Eric Cartman usually goes to her temple and harass her for her marriage with a Jew. This led Sophie to hate his gut and feels sorry for his mother.
- While sympathizes with Magneto for being a survivor of World War II, Sophie cannot bring herself to be friend with someone who is so careless about his children and draft them into his terrorist group.
- Veterans of World War II feel sorry for Sophie as being one of the many victims of the war. Captain America and Peggy Carter especially sympathetic with her since they both lost important people during the war.
