Ruff Ruff Danger Dogs is a web stop motion series created by Apartment D Films.

When a mysterious Big Bad terrorizes the universe, five "shards" are assigned to unlikely heroes in Earth... these heroes in question being a group of dogs.note  Can these pets protect their world while still in the middle of being house-trained?

The first episode was released in December 14, 2024.

  • Amazing Technicolor Population: Ruff Ruffs Red, Yellow, and Black's colorations seem natural enough, but Khloe and Mochi are blue and bright pink respectively.
  • A Cat in a Gang of Dogs: Cornchip/Ruff Ruff Yellow is a cat disguised as a dog using cardboard boxes.
  • Genre Savvy: Mochi, codenamed Ruff Ruff Pink, is a fan of anime and tokusatsu and as such is quick to correctly conclude that Hugo is fated to be Ruff Ruff Red.
  • Heroic Dog: A whole team of them... well, except Ruff Ruff Yellow, who is clearly a cat crudely disguised as a dog.
  • Medium Blending: The majority of the series is in stop motion with some Limited Animation, but the Big Bad is played by a live action actor whose voice is dubbed by a voice actor, as a homage to Power Rangers, with a scene showing the Big Bad retrieving one of his robots being depicted as just his hand in costume simply picking it up.
  • No Name Given: The Big Bad is only known as just that as the credits reveal.
  • Paper-Thin Disguise: Cornchip is obviously a cat wearing a homemade cardboard dog costume, but just about everyone, including the Big Bad, is convinced they're a dog.
  • Sentai: Being a giant Power Rangers homage, this trope comes with the territory as the Danger Dogs are a colour-coded team of Henshin Heroes.
  • Sound-Effect Bleep: The dogs' profanity is censored by barking.
  • Translator Collar: Not only do the shards give the Danger Dogs their powers, they can also translate their thoughts into English.
  • True Blue Femininity: Khloe, alias Ruff Ruff Blue, is an obnoxious girly diva.
