Density: 3.78 Diaphaneity: Transparent to translucent Fracture: Brittle - Conchoidal - Very brittle fracture producing small, conchoidal fragments. Habit: Columnar - Forms columns Habit: Massive - Granular - Common texture observed in granite and other igneous rock. Habit: Pseudo Hexagonal - Crystals show a hexagonal outline.
