5.0 out of 5 stars Song of Hidden Messages
Reviewed in the United States on December 3, 2000
When I first listened to this song I thought it was stupid. But asI listened to it played over and over on the radio, it started to send some kind of message out to me.I got the message that many people would do or risk any and everything for love.I also go the message that some couples sometimes when they break up they sometimes still have feelings for one another, but they are afraid of expressing those feelings because of something that might have happened in the relationship to cause them to break up in the first place. So yes I do think this was a great song,I at first if you just listen to this song you would think it's either stupid or just another relationship gone wrong. But after a while more than likely you get the message.
2.0 out of 5 stars 911 isn't a joke, but......

Sorry, folks, but I can't like this song no matter how hard I try. I understand the intriguing love message behind it, but the beat is played over and over and over again, something I can't stand, one reason I have little interest in R&B.

Report5.0 out of 5 stars Great Song

Wyclef and Mary shine on this song titled 911, a song about loving someone so much it hurts. This is classic use of R&B. The vocal talent on this song is hard to replace, as Mary uses her vocal ability to its best, and Wyclef offers quite a bit too. The video is jammin, I highly reccomend this single if you like good R&B and good music.
