French high school French teacher and "Première dame de France" (first lady), the wife of President Emmanuel Macron (born 21 December 1977 in Amiens), former French senior official, and investment banker, who on 26 August 2014 was appointed as the Minister of Economy, Industry and Digital Affairs in the Second Valls Government.

They married on 20 October 2007. She comes from a family of chocolatiers in Amiens. She is 24 years his senior. They met when she was his teacher at a private school in Amiens.
