Symbolizing the goddess Aphrodite, the nymphs are present in all thermals of the world.

In Caxambu, the lake nymph takes us to the bathing place / SPA and to the twelve mineral water fountain. The first reference to the statue is from 1922.

It is also said that the first origin was in Belgian, where, in 1910, the Caxambu water got a prize in the Universal Exposition of Bruxelas.
