Guided Tour "Beatles on St. Pauli"

60 years ago in Hamburg: the world career of the Beatles took off in the clubs along the street Große Freiheit in Hamburg. Right in the middle of a vibrant scene in the notorious red-light district of St Pauli with its milieu of prostitutes, sailors and boxers and inspired by an intellectual clique of Existentialists the young Beatles “grew up in Hamburg”, as John Lennon once put it.

The tour takes you to all the major Beatles-related sites between Feldstraße and Reeperbahn. On the tour we will present to you the early Beatles-Songs live. The tour ends with a few more live songs in a pub. 

Experience the famous St Pauli area where the Beatles used to hang out in the early Sixties. Led by our professional musicians and dedicated Beatles-experts you will discover the world of the legendary mop-tops and see the famous Beatles-locations like Star-Club, Indra and Kaiserkeller on the Große Freiheit.
