Who We Are
The Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority (MSFA) was established by the legislature in 2012 and charged with the design, construction and operation of U.S. Bank Stadium. Today, the MSFA makes decisions in the best interests of the people of Minnesota by orchestrating the maintenance of — and reinvestment in — the U.S. Bank Stadium asset. MSFA collaborates with the Minnesota Vikings and other stadium partners to ensure a continual focus on creating positive community and economic impact.
