Rated: 4/5 Feb 6, 2025 Full Review Kelcie Mattson Collider Fusing elements of sci-fi, horror, psychological thriller, and women-focused family dramas of decades past, Cassandra is quieter than the company's films but still a sleek, ambitious limited series with plenty of meat on its bones... Eric M What an awesome show and plot!! Literally have been binge watching it all night, and I have to work in the morning. I can’t stop watching Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/11/25 Full Review Audience Member Definitely unique and worth a 6 episode binge. Love shows that take chances in something out of the norm and this one delivers that Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/11/25 Full Review Nancy S Lavinia Wilson as Cassandra is a freak show. She keeps you so unnerved throughout. I like it so far, although I imagine it will come to a much darker end than that mouse. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/11/25 Full Review Ted C Of course, it started off a bit silly. However, after a while, it became absolutely mesmerizing. Definitely a must-watch! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/10/25 Full Review Laurence E This was a disappointment, the idea is good but by no means original, ex machina / Tim / Megan all explore the automated companion theme with style and edginess in a time friendly manner... This could have been a better offering with tighter scripting and less cornball plotting, the Finn character was cringe inducing, the little girl, no more than a cypher for a your average 9 year old, mum and dad, fresh off dealing with a family crisis, and don't get me started about the titular 'Cassandra' robot... I'm happy to bet I'm not the only one who watched it to the end for some kind of satisfactory pay off, and by that, just another to say, "why did I give this the favour of my time"...honestly, watch this if you absolutely must, but otherwise, the three I name checked at the top of my critique will be much better uses of your time... Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/10/25 Full Review Ben J Very promising start. Then it went downhill. I don't want to give any spoiler, so my comment is very limited. I thought the acting was great, but the scenes were illogical. This is a dysfunctional family where the husband doesn't care enough about his wife's wellbeing over the robot slash computer. Their son is a doormat. But if you can ignore that and several obvious loopholes then it's fun to watch. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/10/25 Full Review Read all reviews
