USA 310: ISON post-manoeuvre elements from Ted Molczan via Seesat-l on 2020-12-18 (SeeSat-L Dec-20 )

The following TLE is my approximate conversion of the latest ISON elements published by JSC Vimpel:

As of the above epoch (2020 Dec 07 23:12:45 UTC), the orbit was about 32 km higher than when last observed by our group
(Marco Langbroek on Nov 25).
Prior to the manoeuvre it made 15.046 nodal revs per day; afterward this was reduced to 15.005 nodal rev/d, i.e. a more
precisely repeating ground track.
I cannot exclude the possibility that it has manoeuvred in the interim. 
I still believe that it may increase its inclination to 61 deg.
