A: The height requirement to ride alone is 56 inches. If riding along, the height requirement is 38 inches while the person controlling the sled has to be 56 inches tall and not younger than 16 years. The maximum height to ride is 84 inches (7 feet).
A: Each sled can hold up to 375 Pounds in dry conditions and 330 Pounds in wet weather conditions.
Therefore the weight limit per sled is 375 (or 330) Pounds while each sled can be occupied by one or two
riders.
A: The circuit is over one mile long and it takes about 7-8 minutes to complete it. It truly is a great ride!
A: We don’t offer passenger rates. All rates are per individual and prices are based on age groups. Our tickets are sold per riding Person, not per sled. You may ride alone or two riders at a time - also depending on the height & weight requirement.
However, small Children (3-6 years of age) always ride along for a special rate - (with someone 16 or older controlling the sled), if they meet the height requirement of 38 inches. All our prices do include Tax so that there are no extra charges.
A: Yes! We sure can operate during rain and even snow. For safety we do close during thunderstorms and heavy rains, though.
A: Our sleds can go to a Maximum Speed of about 27 mph.
A: At no time one should stop at all or go too slow! Please, always be aware that there might be someone behind or in front of you. The following sled has to slow for the one in front while all riders have to keep going at a proper speed all times and ensure not to block following riders.
A: It is not allowed to bump into other sleds at any time! Please be aware that you will be responsible for all injuries and damages caused on purpose.

The riders are in control of the velocity (up to about 30 mph) and this gives them a unique hands-on experience!
