Please be aware that this data is maintained by people filling out the electronic attendance forms. Meeting hosts should expect fewer guest room nights in their room block than these figures imply. This is because some people do not stay in the meeting hotel at the group rate:

They may live locally
They may not be in the room block at the group rate because:
- they did not know about the group rate,
- the room block was full, or
- their travel agent booked a different room rate.
