Ask Vector Prime

In Viron 403.0 Beta, the Destructicons, Bludgeon, Scourge, Dreadwind, and Smokejumper were the subordinates of Megazarak, God Emperor Supreme of the Destructicons. They fought against the Dinobots, Ask Vector Prime, 2015/05/29 the sole remaining Autobot resistance in their reality. When Megazarak decided to conquer other universes, Bludgeon and his comrades accompanied their leader to Aurex 304.0 Epsilon. The Destructicons emerged victorious over the local Autobots and Decepticons, only to be targeted by Unicron for the Universe War, but Bludgeon and Scourge's fate was unknown. A redeco of the Generation 2 "Hero" Megatron mold, Robots in Disguise Bludgeon transforms into an Abrams M1A1 assault tank. His main cannon uses an air-bladder to launch the hollow, rubber-tipped missiles he comes with. These missiles can be stored with pull-out clips on the sides of his turret, which become his robot-mode arms.

Bludgeon's base mold had significantly degraded in the years since its last use, leading to inept factory repairs to the upper arm panels that prevent the figure from fully transforming unless they're sanded down. On top of that, the rubber portions on the missiles and hose degrade considerably faster than previous versions.

While his package art shows him having two separate eyes (like the original release of the figure as Megatron), the actual toy has a red stripe painted across its nose to connect the eyes, making for a rather uneven eye "visor".

He and his fellow Destructicon Scourge were exclusive to KB Toys in the United States, released in May of 2003 under the Robots in Disguise banner, long after the series had been replaced with Armada, which explains why they used the same packaging style. Additionally, they were also available at retail in the United Kingdom four months after their release in the United States, complete with European packaging, but instead exclusive to Toys"R"Us. Both were also Toys"R"Us Japan exclusives, sold as "USA Editions" in slightly-altered US packaging (basically just some Japanese-language stickers for legal info was applied to them).

Bludgeon was repurposed as Shattered Glass Bludgeon and later Yellow Megatron from the Generations Selects Special Comic.
