The F29H85x MCU series introduces the advanced C29x core, purpose-built for real-time applications. This core delivers byte-addressability, low interrupt latency, and optimized pipeline for high-performance processing. The series features new peripherals, including an error signaling module, a data logger tool, and real-time direct memory access (DMA), all designed to simplify development and enhance functionality and system protection.
Our comprehensive safety and security ecosystem supports AUTOSAR/MCAL, with key features including lockstep C29x cores running a 200MHz, EVITA full hardware security module (HSM), safety and security unit, and up to 36 PWM and 80 ADC channels.

It is the first in the C2000 family to feature an integrated neural processing unit (NPU), enabling enhanced real-time control and motoring capabilities.
