The papers consist of a 1930 letter from the law offices of Gilbert L. Dupré in Opelousas, La., to Davis lamenting that Huey P. Long "is a great scoundrel, a dishonest one, and yet he has succeeded." It further criticizes Long's behavior in the U.S. Senate. A copy print of Davis' portrait from sometime around 1910 is also included
