The Blackfathom are a group of naga who had their holdings within the Blackfathom Deeps. They teamed up with a group of satyr and the Twilight's Hammer, all serving the Old Gods. They sought to bring Aku'mai back to the world in the hopes of ushering in an era of rule by the Old Gods.
After the Fourth War, Rexxar and Zekhan entered the Deeps, and the troll ambassador reported that the twisted naga are still slithering all around the ruins.[1]
