My Lords, I understand that the Commons Amendments to the Parliament Bill are not likely to be completed at a very early hour, but arrangements will be made for their reception in this House to-morrow forenoon so that we may begin our discussion and consideration of those Amendments at the usual hour—half-past four.

When are the Amendments likely to be in our hands?

Not until the afternoon; but they are very short.
