Narrative:
A Lockheed L188C operated by Air Spray (1967) Ltd., was operating as ASB492 engaged in forest fire suppression operations based out of Loon River Airport (CFS6), AB. While in flight the crew observed that the No. 3 engine had low TIT, no horsepower, low fuel flow and high propeller RPM. The flight crew consulted the QRH and shutdown the No. 3 engine (Allison/Rolls Royce 501-D13) and diverted to Red Deer Regional Airport (CYQF), AB. The flight crew advised ATS of their situation and completed an uneventful 3 engine landing into CYQF.
