Shane Salerno
Shane Salerno (born November 27, 1972) is an American screenwriter, producer, director and New York Times bestselling author[1][2] who wrote the 2007 film Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem. He also co-wrote the 2004 film Alien vs. Predator with Paul W. S. Anderson, although he was not credited for this role.
At the age of 24, Salerno co-wrote the worldwide blockbuster Armageddon directed by Michael Bay, which became the highest-grossing film of 1998. He most recently co-wrote and executive produced Savages directed by Oliver Stone.[3] On August 1, 2013 he was announced as co-screenwriter with James Cameron[4] of Avatar 4, a sequel to the highest-grossing film of all time.[5]
