Andrew Galbraith Miller (1801-1874) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Wisconsin.[1]
He was nominated by President James Polk on June 12, 1848. He was confirmed by the Senate on June 12, 1848, and received commission that same day. On June 30, 1870, he was reassigned to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. He retired on January 1, 1873.[1] Miller was succeeded in this position by James Henry Howe. Miller died on September 30, 1874.

Miller was nominated by James K. Polk on June 12, 1848, to a new seat authorized by 9 Stat. 56. Confirmed by the Senate on June 12, 1848, and received commission on June 12, 1848. His service was terminated on June 30, 1870, due to assignment to another court.
Eastern District of Wisconsin
Miller was reassigned June 30, 1870, to a new seat authorized by 16 Stat. 171. His service was terminated on January 1, 1873, due to retirement. Miller was succeeded in this position by James Henry Howe.
