Biography
Anna Scharf earned a B.S. in political science from Southern Oregon University in 1990 and an M.B.A. in global management from the University of Phoenix in 2005. Scharf's career experience includes working as a legislative policy analyst with the Oregon State House of Representatives, an office manager with Scharf Farms, Inc., and a membership manager with the Strategic Economic Development Corporation.[1]
