Anthony F. Marano is a justice of the Nassau County Supreme Court, a position to which he was appointed in 1999.[1][2]
Education
Marano received his B.A. and J.D. degrees from St. John's University in 1966 and 1969, respectively.[1]
Career
Marano spent much of his career, from 1970 to 1992, as an attorney in private practice. He was elected a District Court judge of the 10th Judicial District Court in 1992. He was appointed to the Nassau County Supreme Court in 1999. He has also served as Supervising Judge of the Matrimonial Parts of Nassau County from 2000 to 2003. He was the District Administrative Judge for the 10th Judicial District of New York from 2004 until 2013.[1]
