Herbert I. Levy is a judge of the California 5th District Court of Appeal. He assumed office on August 5, 1997. His current term ends on January 8, 2035.

Education
Levy graduated from the University of California at Davis in 1974. He received his law degree from the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 1977.[1]
Career
Levy began his legal career as a private practice attorney in 1977. In 1988, he was appointed to the Fresno County Municipal Court by Governor George Deukmejian. Approximately one year later, he was elevated to the Superior Court, where he served until his appointment to the Court of Appeals.[1]
