Carl Bernard Rubin (1920-1995) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Rubin was nominated by President Richard Nixon on April 29, 1971, to a new seat created by 84 Stat. 294; he was confirmed by the Senate on May 20, 1971, and received commission that same day. He served as chief judge from 1979-1990. He served until his death on August 2, 1995.[1]
