Cassius Gaius Foster (1837-1899) was a federal judge on the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.
He was nominated by President Ulysses Grant on March 9, 1874. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 10, 1874, and received commission that same day. He retired on February 28, 1899.[1] Foster died on June 21st, 1899.
