Charles Daniel Drake (1811-1892) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Claims.

Drake was nominated to the Court of Claims by President Ulysses Grant. He was commissioned on December 12, 1870, and served as chief justice from 1870 until his resignation from the court on January 12, 1885.[1] Drake died on April 1, 1892.
