Charles Edwin Wolverton (1851-1926) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Oregon.
He received a recess appointment from President Theodore Roosevelt on November 20, 1905 to fill a seat vacated by Charles Byron Bellinger. On December 5, 1905, he was nominated. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 10, 1906, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on September 21, 1926. Wolverton was succeeded in this position by John Hugh McNary.
