Charles Francis Lynch (1884-1942) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
He was nominated by President Woodrow Wilson on June 16, 1919 to replace Thomas Griffith Haight. He was confirmed by the Senate on July 1, 1919, and received commission that same day.[1] He resigned on March 31, 1925. Lynch was succeeded in this position by William Clark. Lynch died on June 17th, 1942.
