Clint S. Judkins was a judge for the First Judicial District in Cache County, Utah for the District Courts. He also served as the Associate Presiding Judge.[1] He served on the District Court from July 1996 until his retirement on February 1, 2013.[2][3][4][5]
Education
Judkins earned his J.D. from the University of Utah College of Law in 1972.[3]
Career
Following graduation, Judkins worked in private practice in Tremonton. He also served as Tremonton City Attorney for 16 years prior to becoming District Court Judge. He was appointed to the First Circuit Court by Governor Norman H. Bangerter in 1988 and became a judge in the First District Court in July of 1996. He served in that position until February 1, 2013.[3]

Judkins was successfully retained in 2010.[6][7]
